All standard post items are not tracked and will not be replaced or refunded if lost or destroyed by customs transit.

I DO NOT SEND Phytosanitary certificates WITH ORDERS, DUE TO COST AND THE FACT THE SEEDS I SELL ARE NOT OF COMMERCIAL STOCK!!!


I will not replaced or refunded any order destroyed by customs!!!


CUSTOMS!
Please consider when purchasing seeds internationally that your seeds can be seized by customs. This is a risk we all must take when buying seeds. I my self have lost a lot of money buying seeds from the USA to the UK, I would loose about one in five of my orders to customs. I have never once asked for my money back from the seed seller. This was my risk and not theirs!

Please do not buy seeds from me and expect a full refund if you orders are seized!

I have found that you have a better chance of receiving your orders if sent by recorded delivery, orders tend to get there faster and do not tend to be opened.

I now offer Tracked & Recorded delivery and free Recorded delivery on all orders over £50.00

‘Standard Post’, these orders are not insured and can not be tracked. I offer ‘Recorded Shipping’, this is insured and tracked and if the order goes missing, I can get my money back. I am a very small business and can’t afford to refund or resend every order that goes missing on standard post, please consider this for any future orders.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK, I AM STOPPING THE REFUNDING OF LOST ITEMS TO THESE COUNTRIES!!!
IF YOU FAIL TO GERMINATE YOUR SEEDS PLEASE DON’T LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK, SEEDS ARE ALWAYS FRESH AND TESTED FOR VIABILITY BEFORE LISTING, SO I KNOW THAT THEY DO GERMINATE, IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS PLEASE JUST ASK!!!
