Cirsium canum 'Queen Anne’s Thistle'

A non-spiky, perennial thistle to 150cm. Produces clumps of glossy foliage and purple flowers on tall stems in July - September. Native to the meadows of Russia and Southern and Central Europe.

A sunny position in any soil. Warm germinator.

Fantastic plant for bees and other insects.
