Aristolochiaceae: Attractive glossy robust evergreen groundcover for shade. Drought tolerant. Used as a medicinal herb. Purple-red flowers appear beneath leaves. Suitable for dry shade and fully hardy. Originally collected from the Apuseni Mountains, Transylvania, Romania.
